Presence is a mystery. I can't explain what Fr. Frahm's presence was, why it benefited him or how he had such a profound impact on others. To attempt an explaination made up of ideas like breathing, centering, stillness, and the present moment falls far short of the goal. All I can really say about Fr. Frahm's presence was that it was a mystery to me. And this mystery was everything.
